Mike Willoughby

Mike Willoughby

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Willoughby is Chief Executive Officer of PFSweb, Inc. and oversees investor relations and the overarching strategy of the company. He has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, integration, and support of PFSweb’s world-class technologies and he continues to have a key role in the architecture of the company’s solution and service offerings.

It was Mike’s vision to diversify and expand PFSweb’s professional services offering through strategic acquisitions and the subsequent branding realignment to establish two business units: the Operations Services unit, PFS, and the Professional Services business unit, LiveArea. He continues to be actively involved in the company’s enterprise advancement efforts today.

Mike is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Dallas area since 1987. He is a graduate of ACU where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. Mike received the Distinguished Alumni Citation from ACU in 2011.

Jim Butler

Executive Vice President & General Manager

Jim is executive vice president and general manager of LiveArea, a full-service, global customer experience and commerce agency and business unit of PFSweb. He brings decades of technology and consulting leadership, digital agency expertise, and executive management experience to LiveArea.  

Before joining LiveArea, Jim served as president of the connected communities consulting practice at Intersection, a leading smart cities technology and media company. Prior to this he was president of Isobar, a full-service global digital consulting agency and part of the Dentsu Aegis network. Additionally, he has held executive roles in a variety of other digital agencies, including Razorfish and Roundarch. 

He is a graduate of Ithaca College where he studied economics management.
