Private events are a growing business for Maggiano’s – not only a key revenue stream, but also a way of capturing the hearts and appetites of new customers. To start, LiveArea implemented a responsive email template that flexes to mobile, tablet, and desktop formats. Next, the team built and deployed a strategy with the brand for an email rewards program that incentivizes customers with coupons and special offers. Banquet and catering patrons are rewarded for loyalty, too, receiving discounts and other incentives to book multiple events.

It helps that the restaurant topped the charts for the best food and best value in an annual restaurant survey and, of course, Maggiano’s placed first in the Italian category for the fifth year in a row.
