Large Packages – Omnichannel Solutions
In addition to the smaller packages that can be installed by user teams, LiveArea has several large-scale software assets designed to run with HCL Commerce software, including:
- A call-center application that allows customer service representatives to manage shopper orders, returns, and accommodations. Post-order modifications are enabled and complex omnichannel operations are supported.
- A point-of-sale (POS) system designed for in-store use. Our POS integrates with scanners and cash registers to allow for seamless in-store operations. Endless aisle and other complex omnichannel solutions are supported.
